Beers we will be sampling:
Toasted Lager – Toasted Lager’s balanced flavor of malt and hops makes for easy drinking, and the special yeast we use produces an exceptional, long lasting, smooth finish. The toasted part of the name comes from the direct-fire brew kettle’s hot flame that gives our most popular microbrew its unique toasted flavor. 5.5% ABV
Summer Ale – The delicious golden taste of our Summer Ale comes from a substantial portion of wheat malt added to the traditional barley malt mix- giving it a unique tartness not found in many beers today. This light, thirst quenching microbrew is best enjoyed on a hot summer day. 4.39% ABV
Blueberry Ale – We carefully add 132 pounds of blueberries to each special batch that’s brewed with 100% American ingredients. Enjoy a truly unique, flavorful brew! 4.39% ABV
RastafaRYE Ale - Rastafar Rye Ale is a hearty Rye Pale Ale. The recipe combines plump hearty rye malt with freshly harvested American hops. What we ended up with is delicious, deep copper colored ale with just the right amount of rye flavor to offset the spicy floral characteristics of the hops.
Hoptical Illusion – The classic American style IPA features a rare hop grown exclusively on a farm in Oregon. One taste of Hoptical Illusion and you’ll understand why we bought the whole crop. A generous amount of the select hop balances out the malty backbone of this delicious golden beer. 6.3% ABV
Pumpkin Ale – According to Linus there are 3 things never to discuss with people: religion, politics, and the Great Pumpkin. Our Pumpkin Ale, on the other hand, has made quite a buzz from New Hampshire down to Florida. Every season has its pleasures. Harvest your own with our Pumpkin Ale and reap all that Autumn has to offer. Brewed with pumpkins from only the most sincere patches, this seasonal brew is golden orange, crisp and delicious, with an innocent hint of cinnamon and nutmeg that articulates our favorite season. Gather with friends and family and enjoy the change of seasons while savoring a pint of Pumpkin Ale. Just like the leaves, it’s gone after Thanksgiving.
Sour Cherry Imperial Stout: VIP HOUR ONLY – Truly worthy its majestic name in fluid ounces, our Sour Cherry Imperial Stout is anything but sour. In fact, we have to make sure there’s plenty of it available for Valentine’s Day – after all, nothing says love like chocolates and a Sour Cherry Imperial Stout. This is an extremely complex version of the classic Russian beer style with plenty of roasted, black, and chocolate malts that delivers multi-layered coffee and sherry notes in a surprisingly smooth package. The beer is then matured with just a kiss of real sour red cherries. If you see Sour Cherry Imperial Stout on tap, give it a try – like true love, it’s sometimes hard to find. |

Sofie – Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in wine barrels with orange peel, Sofie is a tart, dry, sparkling ale. A subtle, spicy white pepper note, a hint of citrus from the orange peel and a creamy vanilla finish make Sofie an intriguing choice for Champagne drinkers and beer drinkers who are fond of Belgian Saisons. 6.5% ABV
Matilda – Wild in character, with a slightly fruity aroma and a spicy yeast flavor that is as unique as it is satisfying – Matilda is an intriguing choice for beer and wine lovers alike. Dry and quenching, it’s the perfect accompaniment at the dining table or for casually socializing at the bar. 7% ABV
Fleur – A Belgian style pale ale blended with hibiscus and kombucha tea, Fleur is beautiful, rose-colored ale with an aroma of strawberries and hibiscus flowers. Her flavor balance starts with a hint of sweet, ripe berry and finishes tart. 5.2% ABV
IPA – Our India Pale Ale recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result is a hop lover’s dream with a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, and long hop finish. 5.9% ABV
Pepe Nero : VIP HOUR ONLY - With an aroma of roasted chestnuts and a mysteriously dark, mahogany hue, Pepe Nero is a farmhouse ale brewed with black peppercorns. His roasty sweetness melds into a lingering, earthy, black pepper finish that is ideal for pairing with grilled meats and roasted vegetables. ABV 6.0% |

Beers we will be sampling:
Blonde Ambition- This blonde ale captures our lively spirit in a glass. It's bubbly, fruity and fresh, with a sassy ending. It's the perfect choice any time of the year, but favored at the beach, the boat or at your summer BBQ. 5.3% ABV
Robert Moses Pale Ale - With a flavor as big as the Robert Moses tower, this brew is in honor of the south shore that we call home. Remember back to the first time you ventured across the Great South Bay via the Robert Moses Causeway on your way to the beach - Well we've captured that feeling in our Robert Moses Pale Ale! This well-balanced, sessionable American Style Pale Ale will keep you refreshed all year round. Whether you're fishing on your boat, sitting around a campfire, or relaxing in your back yard, the fresh aroma of American hops paired with the crisp taste of the pale malts will bring you back every time. With a flavor as big as the Robert Moses tower, this brew is in honor of the south shore that we call home.
Splashing Pumpkin– This trick or a treat of a Pumpkin Ale begins with roasted pumpkin that is splashed into our cauldron where malted barley and handfuls of cascade hops are stirred in with a pinch of cinnamon & clove. A tasty pumpkin brew which will enlighten your soul, throughout the haunting Halloween season.
Massive IPA – This whale of a brew begins with a huge grain bill, consisting of American two-row malted barley. Plenty of the finest American-grown hops are then introduced at every stage of the brewing process. Massive additions of hops in the boil kettle produce a smooth yet assertive finish. In a technique called hop-backing, the boiling wort is pumped over more fresh hops on its way to the fermenter - this lends huge hop flavor. Finally, the addition of whole cone hops into the conditioning tank imparts a hops-bursting-out-of-the-glass aroma, rounding out a complete hop sensory experience!
Imperial Blond @ 3pm– This will be our first of two timed releases! Exclusively at the North Fork Craft Beer, BBQ & Wine Festival.
Starfish Junction Blood Orange American Wheat Ale @ 4:30pm–This will be our second timed release! Exclusively at the North Fork Craft Beer, BBQ & Wine Festival.
Great South Bay Lager: VIP HOUR ONLY– Inspired by the 19th century Austrian Brewer, Anton Dreher, the GSB Vienna Style Lager is brewed true to form and perfectly conditioned for 6 weeks. After conditioning ceases, we implement a process known as lagering, during which the beer is held at near-freezing temperatures to bring out its smooth elegant toasty malt flavor. It's a tad darker than your usual lager yet well balanced, giving you a savory enjoyable experience. Raise a glass of Great South Bay Lager... To Tradition! |

Beers we will be sampling:
Harbor Ale – Essentially an American Pale Ale with a twist. Brewed with 50% wheat malt to provide a smooth and subtly sweet base to showcase the Amarillo hop and all its orangey citrus glory. ABV 5.3%.
Black Duck Porter – A black ale that puts the flavor of the malt front and center. It has a mild hop character that balances strong notes of cocoa and hints of coffee. A full-bodied roasty treat that finishes dry. Pairs well with chocolate, BBQ, as well as fresh shellfish. ABV 4.7%.
Summer Ale – A golden summer ale that we infuse with Orange Blossom Honey. The honey is added post fermentation to add a distinctively floral and sweet finish.
Citrus IPA – The 5th beer in the Project Hoppiness series is brewed with Pale and Cara Malts, centennial and magnum hops and whole oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, and tangelos. Citrus fruits were added to both the mash and boil to add citrus flavor, aroma and bitterness. Although no bittering hops were used, the beer is plenty bitter, thanks to the whole citrus fruit.
Anniversary #2 – In celebration of Greenport Harbor Brewing Co’s second anniversary, we reached back to the origins of our craft in the United States and brewed the original American craft beer. Brewing our Anniversary #2: California Common Lager is not only a shift away from the perfumed Belgian-style blond ale that we brewed in celebration of our first anniversary, it is a shift toward the brewing tradition which we are proud to be a part. Brewed with Briess malts from our nation’s Heartland, hops from the Pacific Northwest, yeast from San Francisco, in our tiny brewery on the East End of Long Island, this hoppy golden-amber lager captures the essence of what drew us all to craft beer. Balanced, yet distinctive, we hope you enjoy this, and our other offerings, as much as we enjoy brewing them (if not there’s always Anniversary #3 next year). ABV. 6.2%
Leaf Pile – An autumn ale which brings you a slice of pumpkin pie in a glass. Fresh whole ginger, cinnamon, all spice, and nutmeg gives this ale its distinct character. Fall in. ABV 5.2% |

Beers we will be sampling:
Original – For 30 days this honey-hued beer sleeps in hand selected oak barrels, locked inside a bonded warehouse, gradually assimilating the subtle flavours that reside in the wood. Barrels are then emptied and maturation continues for a further 47 days in a marrying tun where these natural flavours infuse and fall into perfect balance. This 77-day process is unique and produces a delicious, refreshing beer: Aromas of vanilla and toffee, hints of citrus, with a malty, lightly oaked, palate. Deftly balanced and light in texture, soothing and warming in the finish. 6.6% ABV
Rum Cask – We are delighted to present this unique limited bottling of Innis & Gunn finished in oak barrels which previously contained navy rum. Maturation in special oak barrels imparts Navy rums with the sweet, spicy character for which they are renowned. We have long wondered what flavours might be imparted to our beer by finishing it in these same barrels and earlier this year we decided to find out. We brewed a special batch of Innis & Gunn beer and matured it in oak for 60 days. Every single drop spent half of that time in American oak barrels before being refilled into selected navy rum barrels to finish the lengthy maturation. Once the beer had absorbed the unique character the barrels were emptied, the beer blended and then maturation continued for a further 47 days until all of the flavours had married together and mellowed. We think the result is absolutely delicious! 7.4 % ABV |

Beers we will be sampling:
Blue Moon Belgian White – Unfiltered for more depth of flavor and a unique, cloudy appearance. Full flavor with a smooth finish.
Blue Moon Summer Honey Wheat – Gold- medal winning brew available April – September. Wheat ale crafted with clover honey for a hint of sweetness and balanced out with a touch of orange peel for subtle citrus notes.

Pilsner Urquell – Since 1842 we have used only the purest, most natural ingredients to create a beer of golden opulence. From the soft crystal clear waters, to the superior Bohemian and Moravian barley and noble hops from the Saaz region. Even our yeast has a centuries-old pedigree.
Leinenkugel Honey Weiss – Has a taste that's light, crisp and slightly sweet. 4.92 ABV

Beers we will be sampling:
Imperial White – Sam Adams Imperial White pushes the boundaries of a witbier. While the brew delivers orange and coriander notes typical of a witbier, it has a bigger mouthfeel and body. It is truly a unique brew. 10.3% ABV
Wee Heavy – Inspired by both traditional Scotch ales and Scotch whiskies, for a combination of deep roasted flavor and earthy smoke character. To create our own version of the style we added peat smoked malt to bring the unique flavor of Scotland to this complex and satisfying brew. 10% ABV
Oak Aged Porter – This beer is big and malty. It has a roasty, smooth malt character with hints of caramel, toffee, and coffee and a nice earthy hop character from the UK hops. The wood aging adds additional layers of complexity and character by contributing distinct toast, wood, earthy, slightly sweet, and roaster coffee notes. 5.8% ABV.
Simcoe Single Hop IPA – Brewed with only Simcoe Hops, contributing a profound bitterness and dramatic grapefruit peel and pine resin notes. 6% ABV
SAMPLE A: Samuel Adams® Oaked Ale- This deep red ale has an aroma of mocha and toffee, with a subtle earthiness from the UK hops. Distinct notes of oak come through in the flavor of this medium-bodied brew. The malty sweetness and slight roastiness of our blend of malts nicely balance this oak character. With a smooth and clean finish, this brew has a lingering sweetness and a hint of oak on the finish.
SAMPLE B: Samuel Adams® Maple Pecan Porter- Sweet New England maple syrup and a distinct pecan character define this balanced porter. The roasted character of our blend of malts complements the maple sweetness with notes of coffee and chocolate. Reddish-black in color, this full-bodied brew has a sweet and slightly tangy nutty finish.
Boston Lager – Samuel Adams Boston Lager® is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® also uses only the finest of ingredients including two row barley, as well as German Noble aroma hops. The exclusive use of two row barley not only imparts a full, smooth body but also gives the beer a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted. 4.8% ABV
Oktoberfest – The first thing you notice when pouring a glass of this seasonal beer is the color. Samuel Adams® Octoberfest has a rich, deep golden amber hue which itself is reflective of the season. Samuel Adams® Octoberfest is a malt lover’s dream, masterfully blending together four roasts of barley to create a delicious harmony of sweet flavors including caramel and toffee. 5.5% ABV
Cherry Wheat – Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat® follows the centuries old American tradition of brewing beer with native ingredients, in this case Michigan cherries as well as a touch of honey. The sweet fruitiness of the cherries is balanced against the crisp, cereal note from the malted wheat and the subtle citrus flavor from the Noble hopsCherries are added at two different points during the brewing process. Once during the mash and again during finishing. 5.4% ABV
Sam Adams Light – Sam Adams Light is a unique beer, it’s not a lighter version of our Boston Lager. Sam Adams Light is the only light beer that uses no adjuncts and a traditional brewing process to ensure a balance of flavor and light-bodied taste. No other domestic light beer uses only the four classic ingredients of beer: pure water, lager yeast, Noble hops and barley malt. 4.05% ABV
Hallertau Mittelfruesh Single Hop IPA - Brewed with only Hallertau Mittelfrueh Noble Hops, a traditional variety of Bavaria’s Hallertau in Germany. The hops are added at three points during the brewing process – bittering, late kettle, and dry hopping. Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops contribute soft bitterness and delicate lemony citrus and resinous pine notes, balanced by a slight sweetness and full body from the five different malts. 6.0% ABV
Chocolate Cherry Bock - This chocolate colored beer is our traditional Chocolate Bock brewed with cherries. This beer has a big, malty character with the added sweetness of chocolate. The beer is aged on a bed of dark cocoa nibs (the primary ingredient chocolate) and will impart aromas and flavors from chocolaty to fruity and nutty. The cherries add additional layers of complexity with a sweet but slightly tart note. The malty, chocolaty, and dark fruit flavors create a complex and drinkable beer. 5.8% ABV |
